Therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to help you feel safe enough to explore, understand and grow — and to embrace imperfection as part of being human.

No — you're welcome to book privately at any time without a referral. If you'd like to access Medicare rebates, you'll need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. We're happy to guide you through it. Referrals are also welcomed from GPs, allied health, legal services, EAP providers, community organisations and WorkCover/TAC.
Appointments are currently by appointment with limited availability, and new times are opening soon. Please call (03) 8348 1293 or send an enquiry and we'll find a time that works for you — in-clinic at Point Cook or via Telehealth.
Yes. Both in-clinic and secure Telehealth (video) consultations are available. Telehealth is just as effective for many people and ideal if you're busy, unwell, or further from Point Cook. Let us know your preference when you enquire.
Shruti is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, and provides culturally sensitive care for clients from diverse backgrounds.
We send reminder SMS and emails two days before your appointment — please reply to confirm. If you can't attend, kindly give at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations or reschedules, no-shows and non-attendance incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee. Please note Medicare, Private Health Funds and other funders (WorkCover, TAC, NDIS) do not cover late notice or cancellation fees.
Absolutely. What you share stays private, within the standard legal and ethical limits all registered psychologists work under (such as risk of serious harm). Shruti will explain these clearly in your first session.
You don't have to go through it alone. Reach out today and we'll help you find the right time to begin.
